gprofng_gui.spec is not copyrightable, it is a simple file with a few boring
instructions.
The README is on the verge of being copyrightable, no license needed, and even
if so can easily be fixed later.
This is a GNU project, there is no reason to do this dance again, you are
activley hindering, and discouraging people from hosting GNU project of ALL
things on Savannah, this has to stop.
