Follow-up Comment #3, task #15078 (project administration):
locale/hr/symbols.dic, locale/sr/symbols.dic, locale/zh_CN/symbols.dic,
locale/ka/symbols.dic, locale/zh_TW/symbols.dic and some other files still
lack copyright notices; "NVDA contributors" is a poor specification of a
copyright holder, it's almost a tautology because many contributors even
aren't listed in AUTHORS.
Files like README.overview.md lack both copyright and license notices.
Please check all copyrightable files in your tarball again.
