Please make sure that all copyrightable files have valid copyright and license
notices. Make sure to use the canonical form of the license notices, lines
like "This file is covered by the GNU General Public License" won't do.
Then, note that dotconf is LGPLv2.1-only. This is GPLv2+-compatible, so we
can host packages with such dependencies on Savannah, but you may need to
clarify licensing terms of some parts of your package.
