Follow-up Comment #34, task #14832 (project administration):
That was an oversight, the script I used to detect candidates for copyright
and license notice addition used file to detect if it was an editable file.
That particular file detected as non-text:
> file ./tests/unittests/cron.scm
./tests/unittests/cron.scm: Emacs v18 byte-compiled Lisp data
I fixed the script and updated all files found with copyright and license
notices.
