Follow-up Comment #28, task #14832 (project administration):
I explained below that the .sxml files are metadata machine generated files
that are included in a provided example flow.
I've removed the files that were included to help new users and now there are
only three files which do not have the header:
.fossil-settings/crnl-glob
.fossil-settings/ignore-glob
COPYING
