Thanks for your response. The source code of GPoSTTL is available from its webpage. I am giving you the direct link to dowbload it http://www.imsc.res.in/~golam/gposttl/gposttl-0.8.1.tar.gz Frankly, I have been confused with the license issue since the beginning. So its better that I ask you for some clarifications. GPoSTTL is based on Brill's tagger. I have added Lemmatizer and Tokenizer parts to it and modified the original code as needed. Now my question: am I allowed to release GPoSTTL under fully GNU GPL as it also contains Brill's code? I have put up the original copyright notices inside the original source files. If I am allowed then I would happily change the license to make it fully GNU GPL. Waiting for your comments.
