Details:
When browsing some SVN source code with ViewVC (e.g.
https://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/texmacs/trunk/src/src/System/Boot/init_texmacs.cpp),
if you want to use ViewVC's "show annotations" or "annotate" feature (see e.g.
https://www.viewvc.org/images/viewvc-annotate.jpg), the message :
Error occurred while calculating annotation data.
is displayed, and of course, annotations are not shown. I do not know when
this broke down, but annotations used to work a couple of years back, for
sure.
This problem is not specific to TeXmacs' repo, it happens with other projects
using svn, like for instance http://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/electric/
