I'm experiencing the same issue on my new project `ctlseqs'. I uploaded some files to the Web Pages Repository <https://web.cvs.savannah.nongnu.org/viewvc/ctlseqs/>, but still got 404 on the project homepage <http://www.nongnu.org/ctlseqs/> after more than 6 hours. Is the CVS hook problem still exists, or I did something wrong in my project homepage setup?
