This is an old ticket and the latest comment on this seems to have fixed the problem. However I am having the same problem right now. Following the instructions in https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HomepageUpload, I uploaded an index.html file and a directory ("manual") with a few .html and .png files for /web/fussy for the recently approved GNU Fussy project (https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/fussy/). However https://www.gnu.org/software/fussy does not yet exist, where I was hoping to publish index.html filed and the manual. I have waited for >12hr. Wondering if there is something I missed or did wrong?
