Sorry, that was wrong copy. I just tried to play a bit with no success.
Correct path produces the same error.
$ git push --all r...@git.sv.nongnu.org:/srv/git/qbittorrent_plugins_ru.git

fatal: '/srv/git/qbittorrent_plugins_ru.git': unable to chdir or not a git

fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
