Well, for some people even receiving a mail that big is troublesome (download
time, for example). Ideally, this would be user-configurable, but I guess in
practice that's hard, since the mails are going to mailing lists...
...though one could have two lists, one which gets all diffs, and one with
size-controlled diffs. That may be more trouble than it's worth.
