Requiring them to install Git and learn to use it (to some small degree, at
least) to try out a development snapshot just throws up another barrier to
testing.
If it's too resource-consuming for Savannah, I guess I can always get
repo.or.cz to mirror the PSPP repository and then suggest to these users that
they fetch snapshots from there.
