Sometimes a PSPP user wants to work with a snapshot of PSPP, but is unable to
install Git. In cases like this, it is nice to be able to tell them to
download a snapshot of the project from the gitweb interface. But the
Savannah gitweb currently appears to have snapshots disabled. Could they be
enabled?
