First, you should not at any cost be using the root account.
It's a unusual account made for administration purpose, nothing else. 

Second, the keys you registered do not seems like ssh rsa1 key. I see
only a long line of numbers while you should have something like
        1024 35 1499...65646 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
