Pabs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> described the package as follows:
License: fdl
Other License: The project may be relicenced to a licence that prevents non-freeness
creeping into derived versions somewhere down the track.
Package: Unofficial CHM Specification
System name: chmspec
Type: non-GNU

Description:
chmspec is basically a project to document Microsoft\'s Compiled HTML Help (CHM)
format, which is used for implementing integrated help on the windows platform and
basically consists of an archive format, some binary files inside the archive and
html/css/javascript/other files as the content. It is written using DocBook and mainly
covers the internal files of the CHM archive format, since the archive format is
already documented. It is currently licenced under the GFDL (no invariants or covers),
but at some point i\'d like to change the licence to something that prevents
non-freeness creeping into derived versions.
