Alfred, I can see that you are frustrated but please do not take that out on those reading this list. (Or me or my peers who are helping with the infrastructure support, for that matter). I have no idea why you say that "scoff". I am not aware of having used sarcasm; I would ask that you please read my messages again, with kindness. I acknowledge there have been a number of problems, including significant outages across the FSF network. I explained what has been done and asked what you have noticed since the fixes I mentioned. Meanwhile, the message I have understood from you is "This is terrible. What are you going to do about it?". The former isn't actionable thus I am unable to give a specific answer toward the latter. I look forward to specific problem reports. Speaking for the team: we will attempt to resolve them as best we can.
