Yes, the "Reassign this item" section.
Even to a different project if you need to :)

The Tasks tracker was open because I think auth and privs hinder
contributions (think Wiki way).  Of course feel free to configure it
otherwise.  Also users need to post comments for project submissions.

Well, technically it's already the case with the 'savane' project
(across Savannah and Gna!).

You could merge the local administration/savane.git branch back to
savane/savane.git.
