it seems usbsniff has trouble running on your machine. Logs should
contain thing like:

and not those 'AWAKE' messages.
I've cleaned up the genesys_repark_head() and will check-in it soon. The
backend is not expected to scan with a 2400c. So testing it at only one dpi is
enough.
