Hi, I intend to make a new release of sane-frontends (1.0.12) in some days.
There have been quite a lot of bug fixes since the last release and xscanimage now supports gimp 2.0 and gtk 2. Please test sane-frontends (especially xscanimage). The latest version is in CVS or can be downloaded from our snapshot page: http://www.sane-project.org/snapshots/ Bye, Henning
