I’m sure too sure, I went thru the application and I can’t find the
settings it uses. I did find a log of it talking to the modem itself though.

Does the SA logfile show an error when you do a test send?

What protocol did you select for your SMS modem (gsm modem?)

So I recently purchased a SMS Modem and installed it on the computer where SA
is. SA finds it and I am able to select it. I follow the documentation on which
protocol and SMSC number to use, I have the proper COM port and Baud rate as I
had to use these to activate the modem initially. I have tested the modem with
the software that came with it to make sure I could send/receive SMS messages.
However, I am unable to successfully send myself a test message via the SA
application.

Thank you,
