IF we you can confirm that we're allowed to check them (and with a high frequency) then we can do the testinG. We realy need that confirmation, we had a issue a couple of months ago that via our ISP we got a complained that we were 'scanning' a network and that they were going to cut of our connection if we were doing this illegaly. While we were doing a test, requested by a customer, towards this websites (not realy scanning the network), but they forgot to tell it to the firewall admin, who's logs were growing a lot.
