Hi, the title says it all: my init.sage is ignored when I work within a .sagews worksheet. It works with jupyter and sage on the command line, though.
Is there a way to fix it? At the moment i really need to work with a .sagews worksheet, mostly because i need to use GAP and I guess the best (only?) way to do it on SMC is via a sage worksheet and the "%default_mode gap" magic. (I cannot really use GAP from the command line, as the brackets [ ] on my keyboard do not work in the SMC terminal !!!) thanks !
