First, forgive me if this is a previously posted topic. I have spent a few hours searching for answers, but have yet to find any for this problem.
I created an account on June 14th directly through sagenb.org. I do not remember the exact steps used to create the account, but I did NOT go through Google, Yahoo!, or any other OpenID providers. I had some problems with the Groundhog Day server in the past, and so I was careful NOT go through it this time around. The account is listed as a collaborator for a worksheet with another account that I use, so I know it exists, but the site is not recognizing the username anymore. Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on?
