That's obviously true.   To date, it seems nobody has figured out how
to build Sage with SE Linux fully enabled.  If somebody did, we
wouldn't be having this discussion.

It's not an "idea".  It's an unfortunate fact until somebody rewrites
PARI (etc.) so that they can be built *and* used with SE Linux fully
enabled.
