You'll need to use the "sagetex-remote" script, which requires Python.
Fortunately it's very easy to install Python on Windows -- just get the
Python 2.6.2 Windows installer from http://python.org. Then get the most
recent version of SageTeX from CTAN:
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/sagetex.html.
