Maybe one could add the keyboard configuration as an extra menu item (parallel to sage, manage, etc.) I hate these MS Windows troubles. I spent a lot of time building FriCAS on MS Windows. Meanwhile this works more or less out of the box (I prepared Cygwin binaries, and the make process is also easy), but the first time was a nightmare.
