This still seems a bit cryptic.  Do you mean that the answers have
to be kept secret?  

The way I imagine it once such a system is implemented there is no
need to keep the answers secret since there won't be predetermined
answers.  The system will just compute whether a given answer is
correct or not.  Of course one could supply some answers, perhaps
the simplest form or whatever, and those answers have to be kept
secret, but the way I have it in mind it shouldn't be necessary to
supply the answers in advance.
