Dear Ruchit, Google has not yet decided what mentor organizations will be supported under GSoC. Please check back once that information has been given.
I don't know the answer to 1 offhand, but that information should be available on the GSoC information page. For 2, we are building our list of proposed projects for 2024 currently, but if we are accepted as a mentor organization, you are free to submit whatever project you want.
