This looks excellent, IMHO. My only suggestion would be to replace italicized "Sage as a Calculator" by actualy links to subsections.
Have you thought about making the 1st paragraph in the "About.." section slightly more detailed? You could explain the "Helpful Tips" subsection very briefly, for example (or you could add a sentence or two before the "How to use this tutorial")?
