Well, I've heard the term FOSS and FLOSS used quite extensively to mean "Free Open Source Software" and "Free Linux Open Source Software" respectively. I did, however, make up the term FWOSS to mean "Free Windows Open Source Software" as this is a rare and new phenomenon!
