It may or may not be a gratifying job, and it certainly is not paid,
but I have a huge amount of respect for Volker's work as release
manager, as I had for Jeroen before him and the long (well, not so
long) line of their predecessors without whose efforts Sage would not
have survived.  For many years we all just assumed that William's
computers at UW could host everything for ever, and adjusting to the
new situation has not been simple.  Thanks for all your are doing to
help Sage through this period, Volker.
