No I understand that but arg[0]=ring, arg[1]=str, and kwds['names']=tuple
are valid individually. Its just that particular combinations of values
aren't allowed. You might prefer to say that particular combinations of
types aren't allowed; thats perhaps technically true but is not really
helpful to the user ("you mean I should pass the variable names as a
different type?"). Also, what about empty string / empty tuple, In any
case its just a minor issue, I don't really care.
