Hi,
I was thinking it would be interesting to have a look at the tickets
needing review, so I browsed the list... and saw one of them was waiting
since about three years (sic). I put it to needs_info because obviously
everything in it is so clearly outdated. But then there are also many
who are waiting since hundred of days...
I was pondering moving them en-masse to needs_info, but that's obviously
neither a very helpful nor tactful way to handle things, so I prefer
discussing the matter here.
What should be really done with long-waiting needs_review tickets ?
Where should the time limit be between "It's just taking long" and "It's
outdated" ?
