It states "The only configuration currently supported is matching
versions of the C, C++ and Fortran compilers from the GNU Compiler
Collection (GCC)". It would be nice if additionally it would state that
installing gcc apparently does neither include the c++ and the fortran
compiler. And it would also be nice if the error message would be a bit
clearer about the reason why "complex.h can be found but not compiled".
