Going to concrete proposals, i would create a wiki page where people could start writing small comparisons that they know in concrete cases.
Maybe when we have enough of such material it would be easier to write a nice marketing document. P.S. I am not sure if such kind of marketing would be legal here. There are some european laws against comparative advertising. Note that i think that Sage, being a non commercial product, would be put to trial for this, but anyways i think it is something worthy of being pointed.
