Why not? I didn't edit the code of conduct on the wiki page yet, but that's certainly something I'd like to add to it. A code of conduct should not only give advises how to avoid the creation of a conflict, but also how to settle a conflict. > I feel that it is not something so uncommon. As Volker said, many other > communities have some thing like this ... ... pirates had it, too. But seriously: So far my experience with codes of conducts has been at various German school. In *all* cases, the teachers instrumented it to bully pupils they didn't like and then blamed these pupils for the resulting destruction of the community. So, if someone suggests creating a code of conduct, I can't help it: I must think of it as a weapon.
