I count this as another argument why a code of conduct is not needed. Sage-developers typically want to use Sage for what they are really interested in. So, they have a strong interest in getting work done. Hence, they have good reason to behave in a constructive way: If someone trolls around, then (s)he is likely to not get help/trac review from the community. And the worst what can happen to them is: Not getting response. That's the good old "don't feed the troll", and for that basic rule we don't need a code of conduct.
