Hi Volker. i dont think that reviews made on non-OSX computers are inferior. and, nobody would keep you from recompiling on OSX, while other platforms do better. anyway there must be something like cp -a on OSX, and can probably be used instead, to bridge the semantics -- until OSX gets a suitable update. yes, there might be some impact on efficiency, clearly SEP... note that sage includes conditional stuff that only works for OSX, and is of no use otherwise (which is not a bad thing!). cheers felix PS: i have not used aufs or anything like it. it appears to potentially solve a problem. if its not perfect, maybe recompilations are still worse. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sage-devel" group.
