Once logged into sage's trac, follow the top-right link to "Preferences" then go to the "Date and time" tab. There you can set "date relative/absolute format" to "absolute", and you will get absolute dates rather than how long ago. The "Date and time" tab has two more settings, - "time zone", which has "UTC" among the options, - "date format", which has "ISO 8601" as an option.
