More likely 2 orders of magnitude slower than a modern computer. If it manages to compile/run Sage at all. Software emulation of SPARC hardware is an incredibly tiny niche.
Not only that, but when there are the initable failures to build Sage, one would never know if the emulator is at fault. The idea is not worth further consideration in my opinion.
