Hello again, by digging in the sources of the patchbot, I think I have found the offending line in serve.py
for ticket in tickets.find({'status': 'closed : fixed'}): it seems that only rather old tickets can have the status "closed ; fixed" for example, I have none: compare http://patchbot.sagemath.org/ticket/?status=closed%20:%20fixed&author=chapoton and http://patchbot.sagemath.org/ticket/?status=closed&author=chapoton So it would be good to try and find a better way to know who can be trusted !
