Mike told me, that the moinmoin authentication just reads trac's passwd file, which is at /var/trac/sage_trac/conf/passwd So, a simple scp entry in crontab running every minute would be a quick solution. (I don't know how secure it should be, but running that as a different user than trac's user would take care of that.)
