Perhaps old-fashioned, but since a notebook is ultimately rendered as
an HTML page, you can your your browser's "save page" to get a fairly
self-contained collection of files that is fairly publishable as a
static HTML page, which you can serve yourself. Add a link to download
the worksheet in executable form and people should be good to go
(preview and easy access to code in workable form). See example:
