Thats precisely why I wrote the post in the first place. Because we don't 
have a clear "official" policy people are getting mixed signals. Look, the 
traffic light just switched to blue! What does that even mean? The net 
effect is that we are deterring people from reviewing patches without 
getting the sage library closer to a yet-to-be formalized goal.

I'm perfectly fine with version A) but I'm very frustrated with "hmm yes 
better not but maybe so and in general on a Tuesday perhaps just make up 
your own mind". Saying that you "encourage" something is crap, either be 
specific or don't say anything at all.
