If you change all .py to .pyx, it might take 2 hours. That .5 seconds
you site can be longer for bigger files and adds up.

If I touch
devel/sage/sage/graph/graph_decompositions/vertex_separation.pyx, then
run sage -b, it takes already more than 30s on my little ARM box.
