I think this might happen because I upgraded jquery and didn't upgrade jqueryui. I've submitted a pull request here: https://github.com/sagemath/singlecell/pull/229
I'm hoping that Alex or someone can look at some of the interact controls to make sure there wasn't something drastically messed up; and then we can make it go live.
