As I've found out there, TeXMacs <http://www.texmacs.org/> has a plug-in 
for Sage that works like the web-based notepad.

However, the look and feel of LyX <http://www.lyx.org/> is what I'm after, 
enhanced with Bouml <http://bouml.free.fr/screenshots.html>like controls 
for programmable elements.

Again, the question is: are there any other projects targeting this? Is 
there any previous work?
