This is not an elegant solution, but you could do this.

1) Edit your local worksheet.
2) Go to "Edit" and copy everything.
3) Go to the sagenb worksheet and open it.
4) Go to "Edit" and paste the new stuff, replacing the old stuff.
5) Republish.

If you had access to sagenb's file system you could even unpack the
worksheet.txt or something into the appropriate directory.  That isn't
possible here, but with a local server you had admin rights for you
could.

Unfortunately, until worksheets are saved as diffs to original ones
(which was proposed at one point) I don't know that one could do this
easily.  And that would be a huge job :)
