IMHO "Reported upstream. Little or no feedback." is inappropriate (or
not sufficient), since it is impolite in the first place.

If I report some issue upstream, I'd like to set this to "Reported
upstream. No response yet." or something like that.

In case I really don't get some [sufficient] answer after some
reasonable time, I'd set it to either "Reported upstream. No
feedback." or "Reported upstream, but no sufficient feedback." or the
like.

If no-one objects, can anybody change the trac configuration
accordingly?

P.S.:

I'd also like to have an "SPKGs:" field, to put the "base" package /
project names, e.g. "Jinja", "R" or "Singular", of spkgs (if any)
supplied or directly affected by a ticket into, to ease searching and
queries, since this is currently quite tedious, the latter rather
impossible.

A drop-down list, allowing multiple selections, would be perfect. I
could perhaps live with a field allowing just the selection of one.
