Right, this is what I'm talking about.  If we can agree on something
like this, that would be helpful.   Presumably these tickets will not
be the last ones to have localization!

(Not even for the languages in question - after all, there are LOTS of
other useful documents to localize... not to mention the reference
manual, which I have no idea how we'd localize, especially given that
the commands would still be in Roman orthography with English
names...)
